Can I change my order?

Because we get started on your order straight away, it’s usually tricky to make changes once it’s been placed. That said, if you need to adjust something, please contact us as soon as possible at basprintstudio@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it enters production almost immediately, so we’re generally unable to cancel it. This helps us avoid wasting materials and time. Please be sure you’re happy with your selection before checking out!

Where do you ship from?

We work with fulfilment centers in the EU, UK, US, and Canada. Your order will be sent from the location closest to you whenever possible to ensure the fastest delivery.

In some cases, stock availability may mean items are shipped from a different facility or arrive in multiple packages. Don’t worry — if that happens, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment!

When will my order ship?

All of our products are made on demand. Production usually takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

How long will shipping take?

Current estimate delivery times are as follows:

• EU: 3–5 business days
• UK: 3–5 business days
• US: 3–5 business days
• AUS: 5–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–15 business days

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. While we always aim for quick delivery, occasional delays may occur once the package is with the postal service.

Please note, shipping times begin after you receive your confirmation email with tracking details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary based on product size, weight, and destination. To see the exact cost for your order, just add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout — the shipping total will be shown there.

How do I know my size (apparel)?

Sizing depends on your preferred fit. The best way to find your size is to measure one of your favourite t-shirts or hoodies and compare it to the sizing chart included in the product photos (available in both cm and inches).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we sure do! We ship worldwide 🌍 (with the exception of P.O. Boxes).

Where can I find my invoice?

We don’t include printed invoices with orders. A receipt will be emailed to you automatically. If you need a full invoice (with address, VAT, etc. when applicable), just email us at basprintstudio@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Can I return my order?

Given each product is custom-made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This approach ensures faster shipping, avoids import taxes, supports local jobs, and reduces our carbon footprint!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don't worry, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge!
